DRONE/ON/DRONE
After some audiodelic encounters, the latest collaboration between Björn Jauss and Petermfriess enlarges the concept of drone compositions. In a Post-Stockhausen perspective, DRONE/ON/DRONE reinterprets two quadraphonic instruments as manifestation of speakers and motors. Flying and moving sounds are performed in nature and third spaces, as a mix of sound fields and sources, where resonances charge the participating listener.
